Provision Equity Group, L.L.C. · Arizona

Operator, entrepreneur, and Arizona business owner. I built Varotech L.L.C. from the ground up serving Arizona businesses. Now I'm applying that same operator discipline to acquiring and running established companies — starting in Arizona.

The Operator's Story

I started Varotech L.L.C. to solve a real problem: Arizona small businesses were underserved by IT providers who treated them like afterthoughts. Varotech changed that — building long-term relationships with Arizona businesses, handling their technology infrastructure so they could focus on running their companies.

Running Varotech taught me how small businesses actually work: the cash flow cycles, the key-person dependencies, the customer relationships that take years to build and seconds to lose. I know what makes a business fragile and what makes it resilient — because I've lived it.

Provision Equity Group is the next chapter. The same operator discipline, applied to acquiring businesses from founders who built something real and deserve a buyer who will run it with the same care they did.

"Most buyers see a business as a spreadsheet. I see it as something somebody spent 20 years building. That changes how you run it."

Acquisition Philosophy

How I Think About Deals

01
Operator First, Buyer Second

I don't buy businesses to resell them. I buy businesses to run them. That means I need to understand every function — not just the financials — before I sign anything.

02
Majority Control is Non-Negotiable

I retain 51%+ common equity and voting control in every acquisition. This isn't stubbornness — it's alignment. When I'm accountable for the outcome, I make better decisions.

03
Long Hold, Real Returns

I'm not optimizing for a 3-year flip. I'm building a portfolio of Arizona businesses that generate cash flow for a decade. The exit happens when it makes sense — not when a fund's clock runs out.
